The quality of your life is based upon the quality of your morning practice. If you get up and do your superhero daily practices, you’ll have an awesome day. If not – it will just be the same old, same old thing.

What makes you a Superhero is your Superhero Practices. As you do these you will begin to FEEL the power that they deliver. Your days will become more magical and meaningful. You’ll experience happiness for no reason. You’ll start making changes in your life that you never dreamed possible.

YOUR SUPERHERO MISSION

Your mission, should you choose to accept it is to:
  1. Watch the Superhero Practices Intro Video to understand why your daily rituals are so important
  2. Read the Superhero Daily Practices Document (print it out if you can)
  3. Create Your FIRST morning ritual! YAY!
  4. Send a copy of your own daily rituals! (Yes, we really do want you to send it)
  5. Check out the HIGH VIBE teachings list so you can include some high vibe things into your practice.
  6. Have fun and enjoy yourself!
