Superhero Daily Practices
As a reminder of what you should be doing regularly. Make sure you have completed ALL of your Fast Starts before you go on to any lessons and connect with your accountability partner (this is very important!).
Superhero Daily Practices for morning and evening…
- Meditation. This is a core practice and most essential. (it will evolve and benefit you in many ways as time goes on)
- Create a positive physical environment. Clear your space (get rid of 20% of your stuff), surround yourself with positive people and things on a daily basis. Take the time to really invest in this. You will feel amazing.
- Express yourself constructively through writing, dance, poetry, art, etc. Do not repress emotions and feelings that come up. Write them down in your journal or MOVE the energy.
- Write in your journal every day. In the morning write a gratitude list and at night a list of the good things you did during the day and what can you do better tomorrow.
- Post your vision around the house; notes, affirmations etc. Take MASSIVE action in all areas of your life.
Remember: All of these things are POWERFUL habits. The quality of your life depends on your habits. Do these things consistently and you will feel so amazing it will be beyond your wildest dreams… Step by step move forward gently.
