How to maintain sanity and wellbeing in the toxic modern world

Your Superhero Mission

Your mission, should you choose to accept it is to:
  1. Digital Detox: Take at least ONE DAY OFFLINE this week. No internet, no cellphone for 24 hours. Enjoy it. Claim back your freedom.
  2. Keep doing your morning practices. Do them before you go online or check the phone etc. Prioritize yourself and your practices over the endless madness.
  3. Start a solid evening practice, so you CAN have a powerful morning practice.
  4. Hold the vision of your highest self daily. ENJOY IT. BE IT. LOVE IT. 
  5. Keep your chart. See what is going on. We have a list of how to do a chart.
  6. When you’ve done all the sessions – fill in the quiz at the bottom of the page and move on to the next session You’re awesome.
