Your Superhero Mission
Your mission, should you choose to accept it is to:
- Digital Detox: Take at least ONE DAY OFFLINE this week. No internet, no cellphone for 24 hours. Enjoy it. Claim back your freedom.
- Keep doing your morning practices. Do them before you go online or check the phone etc. Prioritize yourself and your practices over the endless madness.
- Start a solid evening practice, so you CAN have a powerful morning practice.
- Hold the vision of your highest self daily. ENJOY IT. BE IT. LOVE IT.
- Keep your chart. See what is going on. We have a list of how to do a chart.
- When you’ve done all the sessions – fill in the quiz at the bottom of the page and move on to the next session You’re awesome.
